QA/QC & Safety Manager

About Us:

Quality Linings & Painting is a leader in the coatings industry, specializing in infrastructure projects, including bridges, culverts, and retaining walls. Based in Denver, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality while maintaining the highest safety standards. We are seeking a dual-role professional who is a certified NACE III Coating Inspector and has experience in safety management. This position offers local work with minimal travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Coating Inspector Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections to ensure coatings meet project specifications, NACE standards, and industry regulations.
• Oversee surface preparation and application processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Document and report inspection findings, including any non-conformance issues.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to address and resolve quality concerns.

Safety Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments on job sites.
• Provide training sessions for employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate and document any workplace incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related matters.

Qualifications:

• NACE Level III Certification (required).
• Experience in safety management, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, CSP, CHST) are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in reporting and safety documentation software or willingness to learn.
