The QFCA is the commercial arm of the Qatar Financial Centre, responsible for attracting international businesses, developing strategy, and supporting firms operating in Qatar’s financial ecosystem.

An IT / ERP Specialist at QFC Authority is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) that run core business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)

Handle system configuration, upgrades, and implementation

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users

Ensure smooth integration between ERP modules (finance, HR, procurement)

Manage data integrity, reporting, and analytics

Support digital transformation projects

Ensure system security and compliance standards

Conduct user training and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Typically 3–8 years experience in ERP systems

Knowledge of:

SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics

SQL and database systems

Business processes (finance, HR, supply chain)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication with business stakeholders
