Job Title: QC Assistant (Quality Control)

Qualification: B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location: Any Project Site (Willing to relocate as per company requirement)

Job Summary:

The QC Assistant will assist the Quality Control Engineer / Manager in monitoring and maintaining quality standards in construction activities. The role ensures that all materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting inspection of incoming materials, concrete, steel, and other construction items.
• Carry out site inspection of work in progress to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain records of test reports, inspection checklists, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to rectify quality issues.
• Monitor concrete mix, curing, reinforcement detailing, and workmanship as per drawings.
• Conduct field tests like slump test, cube casting, and maintain proper records.
• Support in preparation of quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action follow-ups.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Ensure that all construction activities meet ISO / company quality procedures.
• Report to the QC Engineer / Project Manager on quality-related matters.

Skills & Requirements:

• B.E. Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of experience in building / industrial / infrastructure construction projects.
• Good knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methods, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of IS codes and construction specifications.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic report preparation.
• Willing to work at project sites (any location).
• Male candidates only.

Salary: As per company standards (based on qualification and experience)
