QC Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

• Analytical Testing: Conducting physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, and KF titration.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of test results, calibration logs, and batch history in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Quality Assurance: Assisting in the development and validation of analytical methods to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Equipment Calibration: Performing routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper handling and disposal of chemicals.
• Reporting: Preparing and presenting analytical reports to senior management and quality assurance teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation relevant to chemical analysis.
• Soft Skills: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
