QC Engineer

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of parts, sub-assemblies, and complete machines (Filling, Capping, Labeling, Washing, etc.)
• Verify machine quality as per approved drawings, SOPs, BOMs, and customer URS
• Conduct trial, testing, and performance checks of machines before dispatch
• Ensure proper documentation including inspection reports, quality checklists, and test records
• Identify quality issues and raise NCRs, coordinate CAPA with Production and Design teams
• Ensure machines meet GMP and pharmaceutical industry standards
• Coordinate with vendors for quality inspection of bought-out parts
• Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and third-party inspections
• Ensure adherence to ISO quality systems and company procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
