QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Engineer with valid CSWIP certification to ensure the highest level of quality in our steel fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding inspections, monitoring fabrication processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct welding inspections as per WPS, PQR, and project requirements
• Review fabrication drawings and verify material compliance
• Ensure welding activities are performed according to approved procedures
• Prepare and maintain QC documentation, including ITPs, WPS, NCRs, and inspection reports
• Monitor fabrication processes, dimensional checks, fit-up, and final inspections
• Coordinate NDT activities and verify test reports
• Liaise with production, engineering, and client QA/QC teams
• Participate in internal and external audit
