Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Industry: Manufacturing (Pump Manufacturing Preferred)
Eligibility: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: As per Experience & Knowledge

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle all Quality Assurance activities, including receiving inspection of submersible motor and pump parts.
• Prepare chemical test reports through material testing and verify incoming Material Test Reports (MTRs).
• Prepare rejection data reports after inspection of received materials.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports for received materials and maintain daily/monthly CR/MR R/W parts records for the inward department.
• Review supplier dimensional reports and material test reports.
• Verify hydrostatic pressure test reports.
• Assist in new development activities including design and issuance of drill jigs, fixtures, drawings, and maintain proper documentation.
• Verify ISO dimensional and fitment reports.
• Lead 5S activities as a team leader.
• Coordinate effectively with vendor development teams.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of chemical analysis, testing reports, ISO standards, metrology, and pattern knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in pump manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
