QC Engineer - Pharma Machinery - Ahmedabad

Position: QC Executive

Industry: Pharma Machinery Manufacturing
Experience Required: 3 Years
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹35,000 CTC per month

Role & Responsibilities:

• Attend daily morning meetings and share defect information with the team.
• Visit vendor locations for Machine FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Perform Form Testing Machine 5S & Check Sheet.
• Conduct First Part Approval Inspection.
• Handle Model Change Inspection & maintain Model Change Sheet.
• Carry out Line Audit Inspection & prepare Line Audit Sheet.
• Perform Monthly Layout Inspection.
• Prepare and maintain Accuracy Assessment Reports.

Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Roundness Tester, Roughness Tester, Contour Tester, Microscope, and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine).
• Proficient in using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Slip Gauge, Mill Mess, Pneumatic Gauge, Dead Centre, etc.
• Strong understanding of GD & T Parameters and Visual Defects.
• Good knowledge of Quality Checking Instruments and Form Testing Machine.
• Working knowledge of SPC, 7 QC Tools, and Poisson Test.
• Basic understanding of Instrument Calibration.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
