QC Engineer - Ready Mix Concrete

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved QC Engineer to join our Ready Mix Concrete division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, conducting concrete testing, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and control the quality of raw materials and ready-mix concrete production.

* Conduct and supervise concrete testing, including slump tests, cube casting, and compressive strength tests.

* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements and relevant ASTM/BS standards.

* Prepare and maintain quality records, test reports, and inspection documents.

* Coordinate with production, operations, and site teams regarding quality-related matters.

* Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.

* Support audits and inspections by clients and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved QC Engineer certification (mandatory).

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete quality control.

* Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix designs, and laboratory testing procedures.

* Excellent reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* UAE driving license preferred.
