We are hiring QC inspector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Inspections & Quality Control

  • Perform daily inspections for structural, architectural, and/or MEP works as per ITP and project specifications.
  • Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and applicable standards.
  • Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs/SORs, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor ongoing activities to ensure consistent adherence to quality requirements.

2. Material Verification

  • Inspect and verify all delivered materials to ensure they match the approved material submitting.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials at the site.
  • Coordinate with third-party labs for testing (concrete, soil, waterproofing, etc.) and review test results.

3. Documentation & Quality Records

  • Prepare and submit IRs (Inspection Requests), MIRs (Material Inspection Requests), and checklists.
  • Maintain well-organized QC records including tests, calibration certificates, daily logs, and inspection reports.
  • Support preparation of QA/QC reports and documentation required for project handover.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for inspections and approvals.
  • Assist the QA/QC Engineer in enforcing quality procedures and ensuring compliance across all site activities.
  • Participate in quality-related meetings and raise issues that may impact project quality.

5. Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure works are executed in accordance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI), and local authority requirements.
  • Implement quality-related procedures and support internal/external audits.
  • Follow and enforce site safety and quality requirements at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of QC inspection experience in building construction projects (structural, architectural, or MEP).
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, method statements, and construction standards.
  • Experience working with consultants, contractors, and third-party labs.
  • Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
