Job Description:

Precon Engineering is seeking a skilled and experienced QC INSPECTOR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 year's experience in the civil construction sector and must currently reside in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct and document routine inspections of construction activities, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

2. Perform quality control tests and measurements and record inspection results, including deviations, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.

3. Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, drawings, and specifications.

4. Develop and maintain inspection checklists, test procedures, and documentation templates.

5. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certification(s) in quality assurance/quality control preferred.
• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control inspections within the construction industry
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes, as well as relevant codes and standards
• Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software applications for data collection and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
