Job Location: Dubai

KEY Result Areas:

1) To undertake tests and analyze and report the results of incoming and outgoing materials and ensure they comply with the set standards.

2) Inspects slitted / metallized rolls and labels to ensure they have passed the set requirements before packing as per the given internal specs.

3) Monitor rejection reports, analyze the samples of complaints and report the area noncompliance.

4) Responsible for the aging / properties study on the trials taken in the BOPP Line to develop new products or to modify the existing film properties.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

The jobholder should be a BSc Graduate / MSc (Chemistry) or Polymer science. With fluency in written and spoken English. He/she should have worked as a chemist or in a QC lab in any manufacturing setup.

He/she should be fluent in spoken and written English and be able to effectively communicate with people of all levels and cultural backgrounds. Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
