Position: Microbiologist – Quality Control (QC)

PROVACU LABORATORY INSTRUMENTS INDUSTRY LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Microbiologist – QC to join our Quality Control team. The role involves quality control testing, batch release support, and ensuring product compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment for laboratory consumables and medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine quality testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct environmental monitoring in cleanroom production areas.
• Carry out bioburden testing as applicable.
• Prepare culture media and reagents.
• Ensure proper documentation of all QC test results, logbooks, and reports.
• Support batch release activities by providing microbiological compliance data.
• Investigate deviations, OOS results, and assist in CAPA implementation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, cleaning, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal QC procedures.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in microbiology QC or pharmaceutical/medical device laboratory.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001 regulatory standards.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
