QC Personnel – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
Group B – Wednesday through Saturday
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Training Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM for approximately 2 weeks

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Associate to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for inspecting components and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications.

The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, follows procedures carefully, and is committed to maintaining the highest level of product quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on materials and finished products
• Verify measurements, labels, and product specifications
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns
• Complete inspection records and documentation accurately
• Follow established quality control procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety and manufacturing guidelines

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred
• Manufacturing or quality control experience is a plus
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive inspection tasks
