About the Role

Are you the kind of person who loves turning scientific chaos into structured precision?

We’re searching for a hands-on Lab Operations leader who thrives at the intersection of science, systems, and quality — someone who ensures every sample, every test, and every process runs like clockwork. You’ll own the QC Sample Management lifecycle, from intake to release, while orchestrating the daily rhythm of lab operations — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and scientific excellence.

What You’ll Own

• Command the Flow: Manage the intake, tracking, storage, and distribution of patient and process samples with full GMP and chain-of-custody compliance.
• Keep the Lab in Motion: Oversee equipment usage, calibration schedules, and preventive maintenance to ensure the lab is always audit-ready.
• Streamline Operations: Identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows, and drive automation or digital transformation where it counts.
• Be the Bridge: Partner across QC, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure timelines are met and quality never wavers.
• Champion Quality: Uphold GMP, GLP, and safety standards — setting the tone for excellence across the lab.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a Life Sciences field (Biology, Biochemistry, or similar).
• 3–5 years of experience in QC, GMP environments, or lab operations management.
• Deep understanding of sample integrity, documentation, and compliance systems.
• Proven ability to lead without title — influencing process improvements and fostering accountability across teams.
• Strong organizational instincts, a process-driven mindset, and comfort juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced lab.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with patient or clinical samples in GMP settings.
• Familiarity with LIMS, automation tools, or other digital QC systems.
• Participation in audits, CAPA programs, or lab validations.
