QC Supervisor

Job Description:
Morshedi is looking for an experienced and highly qualified QC Supervisor / Quality Control Officer to manage and strengthen the company’s Quality Management System and ensure full compliance with international standards.

The ideal candidate must have strong practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO systems, especially within metal fabrication, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain company Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Lead and manage full ISO system implementation and continuous improvement
• Prepare and control quality documents, procedures, SOPs, NCRs, CAPA, and audit reports
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, customer requirements, and company standards
• Monitor workshop and site quality inspections
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to improve quality performance
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Train staff on quality procedures and compliance standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in successfully implementing and maintaining ISO systems
• Strong knowledge of the following standards:
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management System
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety Management System
• Experience in metal fabrication, steel structure, aluminum, or industrial manufacturing is highly preferred
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience handling certification bodies and external auditors
• Ability to prepare procedures, manuals, and compliance documentation independently
• UAE/GCC experience is a strong advantage
• Strong English communication skills
