QHSE Engineer / Safety Officer

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Engineer / Safety Officer to champion our commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure site safety compliance and implementation of HSE rules and procedures
• Act as Safety Officer and Quality Inspector at site and projects
• Maintain and control QHSE documentation in line with ISO requirements
• Conduct weekly and monthly department-wise audits / evaluations of documentation and compliance
• Prepare, update, and monitor:
• Method Statements, Risk Assessments, ITPs, Checklists, Forms, etc.
• Carry out site inspections, safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training
• Monitor and report non-conformities, incidents, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• First Aid trained (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in QHSE / Safety role
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Marine / shipyard / construction experience is an advantage
• Strong documentation, reporting, and site coordination skills
