We are seeking a
Functional Consultant – QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment)
with strong domain expertise and leadership capabilities. The role involves leading end-to-end implementation of QHSE systems, driving business transformation, and leveraging AI-driven insights to enhance safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The candidate will play a strategic role in solution design, stakeholder engagement, and continuous system improvement while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery & Implementation

Lead

of QHSE systems across multiple projects

Consulting & Transformation

Advise clients on
QHSE best practices and digital transformation
strategies

Drive integration with ERP systems (HR, Finance, Supply Chain)

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and risk management
Collaboration & Leadership

Act as a key liaison between
business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners

Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery excellence

Contribute to
presales, demos, and solution proposals
Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Identify product enhancements and support
innovation initiatives

Ensure long-term value realization and continuous optimization for clients
AI & Digital Enablement

Leverage
AI/ML capabilities

Skills Requirements

Domain Expertise

Strong knowledge of
QHSE processes, frameworks, and regulations

Familiarity with ISO standards (
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
)

Experience with
ERP-integrated QHSE systems

Understanding of SaaS, cloud, and on-premise environments

Hands-on experience in testing (UAT, integration testing)
Experience

5–8 years
of experience in QHSE system implementation/consulting.

Minimum
3–5 full lifecycle implementations

Experience in leading projects or handling senior stakeholder engagement.

Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven QHSE solutions is highly preferred.
Education Requirements

Bachelor of Computer Science/ Software Eng. / IT
-
Business Analysis Certification (CBAP) is a plus.
-
QHSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) – Strong advantage.
