QHSE Officer

We are looking for a QHSE Officer to join our team and ensure the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment across our operations and worker accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety practices in workshop and fabrication areas.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site inspections.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe practices in welding, cutting, bending, and fabrication.
• Inspect and maintain fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and emergency response readiness.
• Monitor quality control of raw materials and finished products to meet standards.
• Manage incident reporting, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Oversee accommodation safety, hygiene, AC filter cleaning, pest control, and welfare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, records, and monthly reporting to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as QHSE Officer in manufacturing / industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, quality standards, and ISO systems.
• Ability to train, guide, and enforce safety culture among workers.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
