QHSE Officer

Cox T&I is looking for a QSHE Officer responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems to ensure compliance with railway standards, regulations, and best practices across maintenance activities.

Key Responsabilities:

• Conduct site inspections for overhead catenary system and traction sub- stations.
• Provide support in managing the internal / external audits with client.
• Responsible for maintaining the competency training matrix for Authorized persons and work foreman.
• Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, QMS, and SMS across maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, railway standards, and ISO requirements.
• Investigate incidents and non-conformities, prepare reports, and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
• Support achievement of annual Quality and Safety plans (KPIs) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver QHSE training, inductions, and awareness sessions for traffic safety for staff and contractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical/mechanical discipline. Preferably holding trainings in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably within railway, infrastructure, or high-speed rail projects.
• Previous experience in Haramain High Speed Railway (HHR)
