- Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures for catering operations in compliance with UAE regulations, HACCP, and company standards.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene requirements as per relevant legal (ADFCA) authorities.
- Conduct regular kitchen, dining area, and accommodation inspections to ensure safe food handling and hygienic conditions.
- Monitor HACCP implementation, temperature controls, food storage, preparation, and distribution.
- Carry out risk assessments and identify health, safety, and environmental hazards within workplace.
- Investigate food-related complaints, incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Deliver QHSE and food hygiene training to staffs, including personal hygiene and safe work practices.
- Ensure effective pest control, waste management, cleaning, and sanitation programs are maintained.
- Maintain accurate QHSE documentation, reports, and records for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate government inspectors, and clients during audits and site visits.
- Promote a strong QHSE culture and continuous improvement across operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience required (freshers may also apply).
Preferred candidates with a catering background.
- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and local food safety and labour regulations.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
