Job Title: QHSE Officer (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QHSE Officer to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing QHSE policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• To attend EIAC ISO 17020 External Audits.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to employees.
• Monitor environmental performance and ensure sustainability practices are followed.
• Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and regulations / Experience in ISO 17020 standards.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
