Job Description – QMS Executive

Location: Pithampur
Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Purpose:
To manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards, ensuring effective audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and improve QMS as per ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Handle internal, external, and customer audits; ensure audit preparedness and closure.
• Prepare, control, and maintain all QMS documentation and records.
• Coordinate with departments for compliance and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures, policies, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
• Hands-on experience in audits and complete QMS documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
