QS cum Cost Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

▪ Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings & specifications

▪ Verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills

▪ Measurement and certification of executed works at site

▪ Coordinate with site engineers for actual quantity vs BOQ analysis

▪ Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost plans

▪ Track actual cost vs budget and highlight variances

▪ Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and forecasts

▪ Monitor material consumption and control wastage

▪ Analyze cost overruns and recommend corrective actions

▪ Assist in value engineering and cost optimization

▪ Coordinate with procurement for cost-effective purchasing

▪ Coordinate with planning, procurement, finance, and site teams

▪ Prepare monthly MIS reports related to cost & billing

▪ Support management during audits and reviews

▪ Ensure compliance with company policies and contract conditions

Experience:

✔ 4–7 years

✔ Experience in residential / commercial / industrial projects preferred

Qualifications:

✔ B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
