Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing costs, contracts, and financial aspects of our projects while ensuring compliance with ADM regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage project cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project efficiency.
• Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with ADM regulations and company policies.
• Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare interim and final payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support project managers in monitoring budgets, forecasting costs, and controlling expenditures.
• Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction and maintenance projects.
• Valid ADM License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, procurement procedures, and contract management.
• Proficiency in QS software, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
