QS Engineer

A Quantity Surveyor is a construction industry professional responsible for managing costs and quantities associated with building projects.

Responsibility:

1. Preparing detailed cost estimates for projects.

2. Calculating quantities of materials and labor required.

3. Preparing and analyzing tenders from contractors.

4. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.

5. Preparing regular reports and updates to management.

Qualifications :

1. Diploma / Degree in Civil engineering

2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

3. Must Known Tamil Language

4. Attention to all detail and organizational skills.

5. Chennai Surrounding Only

Pay: From ₹16,500.00 per month
