QS Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Manage procurement processes and tendering procedures
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and risk analysis
• Monitor construction costs and handle variations or change orders as per project requirement.
• Prepare provisional valuations and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial regulations
• Subcontract management & negotiation
• Knowledge in building and construction in planning and costing is an advantage

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
