Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Manage procurement processes and tendering procedures
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and risk analysis
- Monitor construction costs and handle variations or change orders as per project requirement.
- Prepare provisional valuations and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and financial regulations
- Subcontract management & negotiation
- Knowledge in building and construction in planning and costing is an advantage
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or any related field
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Excel and QS software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
