QS & Estimation cum Planning Engineer – Maintenance Projects

Role Overview

We are looking for a QS & Estimation cum Planning Engineer to support our Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will handle quantity surveying, estimation, planning, and site coordination for various maintenance-related works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities, BOQs, and cost estimates for maintenance works
• Conduct site measurements (including villa external façades in sqm)
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings, measurement sheets, and technical documentation
• Develop and update project schedules using MS Project
• Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and management
• Prepare progress reports, material tracking, and work planning
• Support tendering, estimation, and invoicing requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in QS, Estimation, or Planning
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, quantity take-off, and rate analysis
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• UAE driving license is an advantage
