QS / Estimator – Facade Division

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the facade industry. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, tender preparation, and cost control for facade projects including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and aluminum systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
• Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications for facade works
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for curtain wall, cladding, aluminum & glazing systems
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Prepare tender submissions and pricing documents
• Conduct cost comparison and value engineering exercises
• Assist in contract administration and variation claims
• Monitor project budgets and cost control during execution
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facade estimation
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, ACP cladding, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Knowledge of estimation software is an advantage
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-rise or commercial facade projects
• Familiarity with international standards and facade specifications
• Good communication and reporting skills
