QS/Estimation Manager ( joinery & Fit-out only)

We are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveying / Estimation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in joinery and fit-out projects within the UAE and a solid track record in cost estimation, BOQs, variations, and final accounts.

Please do not apply if you do not have relevant UAE experience in Joinery & Fit-Out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage QS/Estimation functions for joinery & fit-out projects.
• Prepare, review, and finalize BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets.
• Assess subcontractor and supplier quotations for compliance and accuracy.
• Handle variations and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide commercial advice and accurate cost reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of UAE experience (Joinery & Fit-Out projects only).
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and estimation practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
