QSR GENERAL MANAGER | HIGH VOLUME | SAN JOSE AIRPORT

** MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, have a VALID DRIVERS' LICENSE, and be able to pass a TSA BACKGROUND SCREENING **

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of the QSR operations, including front-of-house/back-of-house management and customer service.
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant performance and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain a positive experience for team members and customers by addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

EXPERIENCE:
- Previous experience in QSR management or a similar role is required.
- Strong knowledge of food service management, including kitchen operations, food preparation, and customer service.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Driver's License with a clear history for the past 5 years

SUMMARY
The HIGH VOLUME - QSR General Manager position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in food service management, POS systems, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising staff, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Premium skills in food preparation, cooking, and inventory control are highly valued. Additionally, relevant experience in banquet services, catering, and barista work will be beneficial. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver's license, demonstrate proficiency in cash handling, exhibit strong leadership qualities, excel in team management, and communicate effectively.
