We are seeking a motivated and reliable Financial Accountant to join our growing team and manage financial reporting for a diverse portfolio of offshore clients. This role is strongly focused on the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements specially profit and loss account and balance sheet.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Statements & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple Australian clients
- Ensure compliance with AASB standards, GST.
- Prepare Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
- Assist with management reporting and financial analysis
- Review general ledger balances for accuracy
Month-End, Quarter-End & Year-End Close
- Support and manage month-end close processes across multiple clients
- Prepare journals including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and provisions
- Assist with quarter-end and year-end reporting, including statutory accounts
Multi-Client Portfolio Support
- Work across a portfolio of clients from different industries
- Communicate with clients regarding financial reports and queries
- Maintain reporting schedules and deadlines for each client
Reconciliations & Compliance
- Prepare bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations
- Support external audits and regulatory reviews
Training & Development (Key Focus)
- Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training
- Receive mentoring from senior accountants and managers.
- Gain hands-on experience with accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB, and other cloud-based platforms
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA or CPA (or willingness to commence) preferred
- Open to candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to learn
- Experience in Australian and uk accounting or public practice is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate
