Job role of CS
Looking for qualified CS with min 1 year work experience as a CS
Executing end-to-end Board and General Meeting processes, including drafting of notices, agendas, notes and minutes in compliance with SS-1 & SS-2. Exercised Internal Control over Compliance documentation and Statutory processes in adherence to Regulatory standards. Managed ROC/MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DPT-3, DIR-12) and handled BENPOS – Beneficial Position reports, PAS-6 filings, and coordination with Registrar & Transfer Agents (RTAs) for acquiring year-end shareholder data for regulatory reporting. Drafted, reviewed and standardized Board Resolutions, compliance notes, legal documents, and governance-related internal documentation. Led documentation and statutory requirements for the NCLT Scheme of Arrangement (Demerger) including creditor communication, filing coordination and compliance tracking. Developed and monitored annual compliance calendars, meeting trackers, governance dashboards and statutory record systems across multiple group entities. Collaborated with auditors, consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure audit preparedness, compliance accuracy and streamlined documentation workflows. Oversee share capital and statutory record management, ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence and complete documentation in line with the Companies Act, 2013.
