This is a low-hour, contract-based Qualified Professional (QP) role providing clinical oversight, service plan review, and documentation approval for a small Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) caseload.
This position is ideal for a Qualified Professional seeking flexible, low-commitment supplemental income. The role is primarily administrative and oversight-based, with minimal in-person involvement required.

Services Provided:
Supported Living services focus on supervision, routine development, and daily life skill support within a structured and safe environment.
Community Living and Supports services focus on community engagement, transportation, social interaction, and real-world independence skill development.
Position Overview
The Qualified Professional (QP) is responsible for providing clinical oversight and ensuring that all services, documentation, and service plans meet Medicaid and Trillium requirements.
This role does not involve daily direct care. Instead, it focuses on reviewing, approving, and guiding service delivery from a compliance and clinical standpoint.
