EIDBI (Minnesota) Position Overview

We are seeking a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to oversee EIDBI services and ensure full compliance with Minnesota DHS standards. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, supervision of staff, and management of treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related conditions.

Required Qualifications (Must Meet ALL)

• Must be an employee of the agency (W-2, not 1099)
• Must be ONE of the following:
• Licensed Mental Health Professional
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCaBA eligible under MN guidelines)
• Physician or APRN
• Developmental or Behavioral Pediatrician
• Must have at least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in:
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related conditions
• OR equivalent combination of:
• Graduate-level coursework + clinical experience (minimum 1,000 hours must be hands-on)
• Must be able to provide services within scope of license

Preferred / Strongly Desired

• BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Experience with EIDBI services in Minnesota
• Experience supervising BTs and Level I/II providers
• Strong knowledge of ABA and treatment planning

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and sign all Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs)
• Supervise all EIDBI staff (Level I, II, III providers)
• Provide clinical oversight, observation & direction (O&D)
• Ensure all services and documentation meet DHS and EIDBI compliance
• Review:
• Case notes
• Billing
• Service delivery
• Coordinate care and lead team collaboration
• Work with families to ensure services align with:
• Cultural background
• Language needs
• Family goals
• Maintain full responsibility for all supervisees and services provided

Additional Requirements

• Must maintain a manageable caseload to properly supervise all clients and staff
• Must participate in care coordination and team meetings
• Must ensure continuity of care (agency must always have an active QSP)

• Help ensure EIDBI compliance and billing readiness
• Support growth as we expand center-based and in-home services

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
