Key Responsibilities :-

• Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound customer interactions across channels (calls, emails, chats).
• Conduct quality audits in line with company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Identify gaps in communication, soft skills, and process adherence.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching support to agents and team leaders.
• Collaborate with operations, training, and compliance teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and trend analysis to management.
• Ensure adherence to Banking & BFSI compliance, risk, and security standards.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align quality evaluation standards.
• Recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience and reduce errors.
• Skilled in using quality monitoring tools, CRM systems, and data analysis software.

Job Location : - Turbhe

Salary : - 4,50,000 to 5,20,000 LPA

Experience :- 3 year Experience Required in Banking or BFSI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
