Key Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and maintain test cases (manual & automated) for web and mobile applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing.

Identify, document, and track defects; ensure timely resolution with the development team.

Collaborate with product & engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective test plans.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, coding practices, and security norms.

Use tools for API testing, automation frameworks, and bug tracking (e.g., JIRA, Postman, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.).

Generate QA reports, test coverage analysis, and quality metrics.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.

Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.

Familiarity with SQL, API testing (Postman/Swagger), Selenium, Appium, JMeter (or similar).

Experience in testing web, mobile apps, and fintech platforms is a plus.

Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-
2–5 years of QA/testing experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or SaaS-based products.
Experience in automation frameworks will be an added advantage.
