Quality Analyst

We are urgently hiring for a Quality Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Analyst to join our team. The role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality software by performing manual and automated testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated).
• Identify, record, and track bugs through defect management tools.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work closely with the team to reproduce reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement in QA practices.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL and API testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
