Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Handwritten Data Entry Quality Analyst to ensure the accuracy and quality of data extracted from handwritten documents. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of data validation and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate data entered from handwritten documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in data entry.
• Work closely with the data entry team to provide feedback and improve data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain quality control checklists and procedures for handwritten data.
• Collaborate with data processing and IT teams to suggest automation or process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong typing and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using data entry tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and quality tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
