Quality Analyst

Key Requirements:-

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Voice Quality (monitoring/evaluation)
• Strong communication and feedback skills
• Ability to ensure adherence to call quality guidelines and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities of the Role:-

• Monitor and evaluate voice quality for customer interactions executives
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to executives
• Support training and development programs for voice and accent improvement
• Contribute towards enhancing quality satisfaction scores

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
