Quality Analyst

Testing and auditing: Designing and implementing tests (manual and automated) and performing audits to ensure products and services meet quality standards. Defect management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking errors, bugs, and inconsistencies throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration: Working closely with development, product management, and other departments to resolve issues and provide feedback. Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on test results and product quality for stakeholders, and maintaining quality dashboards. Process improvement: Analyzing workflows, customer interactions, and performance data to identify root causes of problems and suggest improvements. Compliance: Ensuring products and services comply with internal standards and external regulations.
