About Us:
Rudra Innovative Software Pvt. Ltd. is a growing IT services company working on diverse global projects. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Manual Tester with basic exposure to Automation to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
• Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using standard tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure quality deliverables.
• Perform regression, integration, and functional testing.
• Gain exposure and contribute to test automation as per project needs.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Manual Testing.
• Basic understanding/exposure to Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Must hold a QA Certification (e.g., ISTQB).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
