About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Analyst with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software testing within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the QA process, lead testing activities, ensure high-quality product delivery, and collaborate closely with development and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the QA process for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

● Prepare, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

● Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.

Coordinate with developers to identify, track, and resolve defects.

● Oversee end-to-end testing cycles and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

● Conduct root-cause analysis and suggest improvements in QA processes.

● Manage documentation of testing procedures and outcomes.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

● 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.

● Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

● Hands-on experience with test case design, execution, and bug tracking tools.

● Knowledge of API testing (Postman), SQL basics, and automation tools (optional but preferred).

● Good understanding of web and mobile application testing.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

● Strong communication and coordination skills are important.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
