Quality Analyst

Experience -2 years minimum in the same role

Salary - 40-45k 

Shift - 3:30 am to 12:30 pm

• Call Audits & Quality Control: Regularly monitors and audits telesales calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards are consistently met.
• New Starter Support & Induction: Actively supports the onboarding process by helping with product training and induction for new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform in their roles.
• SSM Campaign: Assists with the SSM campaign by working on appointment setting for the sales team, helping to drive engagement and improve booking rates.
• Sales Reporting: Managing and maintaining accurate sales reports, providing visibility on performance metrics, and helping inform strategic decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Ahmadabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
