Quality Analyst

Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the software quality of our digital platform through manual and automated testing
2. Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
3. Executing test cases (manual or automated) and analyzing results

4. Executing API Testing
5. Reporting bugs and errors to development teams
6. Helping troubleshoot issues
7. Conducting post-release/post-implementation testing
8. Working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

9. Handling, monitoring and guiding QA Team and their day today activities.

10. Ensuring timely delivery with FTR of 90%
