Quality Analyst – Manual Testing (Service-Based Projects)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong experience in manual testing of service-based websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be able to independently create and execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure flawless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on websites and mobile applications for functionality, usability & performance.
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Identify, document & track software defects using bug reporting tools.
• Validate and re-test fixes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with development and design teams to analyze requirements and deliver timely feedback.
• Ensure test coverage for all service-based project deliverables.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance user experience and product quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC.
• Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases.
• Must be familiar with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Trello, Asana or similar).
• Experience in UI/UX validation, cross-browser & responsive testing.
• Knowledge of testing Web & Mobile Applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
