CommVersion is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As a QA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high quality and accuracy of our communication and conversion services. Your primary responsibility will be to thoroughly test and evaluate our products and services to identify any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies. You will collaborate closely with the development, customer support, and external vendor teams to maintain and improve the overall quality of our offerings.
What the Job Involves
1. Product Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of CommVersion's communication and conversion services, including web applications, mobile applications, chatbots, and other digital platforms, to ensure their functionality, usability, and reliability.
2. Bug Identification and Reporting: Proactively identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and issues during testing. Accurately report them to the development team, providing precise and detailed information for troubleshooting and resolution.
3. Test Case Development: Create and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage of all features and functionalities.
4. Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to verify that previously identified issues have been resolved and that new features and updates have not introduced new problems.
5. Compatibility Testing: Conduct compatibility testing across various devices, browsers, operating systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to facilitate UAT and gather feedback to ensure that the final products meet user requirements and expectations.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline testing efforts and improve product quality.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to understand project requirements and communicate QA findings effectively.
9. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of testing activities, test results, and defect reports. Generate reports and status updates for project stakeholders as needed.
