Job Summary:

As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test plans, identify and report defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will participate in all phases of the software development life cycle to maintain the integrity of our applications and enhance the overall user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Project management tools such as Clickup, Excel.
  • Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.
  • Ability to manage Multiple tasks.
  • Responsible for performing Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Alpha-Beta Testing, UAT Testing, Re-Testing, Ad-hoc Testing etc...

Test Planning:

  • Collaborate with project Co-Ordinates to understand project requirements and specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project documentation.

Test Execution:

  • Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to identify software defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Execute manual test cases to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.

Defect Identification and Reporting:

  • Document and track defects using issue tracking tools.
  • Provide detailed information on identified issues, including steps to reproduce and expected vs. actual results.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with developers and other Managers to understand system architecture and design in order to improve test coverage.
  • Participate in Sprint planning, and review meetings.

Quality Assurance Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of test results, test cases, and other relevant documentation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience of Min. 1+ years as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with both manual testing.
  • Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
