Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst (QA) to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of our websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing UI, functionality, usability, and compatibility across browsers and devices to deliver a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform website and web application testing
• Test website functionality, UI/UX, and responsiveness
• Conduct cross-browser testing (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari)
• Perform cross-device testing (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans
• Perform manual testing: functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (Jira, etc.)
• Verify bug fixes and ensure proper resolution
• Check website performance, loading speed, and broken links
• Ensure SEO basics, form validations, and security checks (basic level)
• Coordinate with developers and designers to improve website quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts
• Experience testing HTML, CSS, JavaScript-based websites
• Understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Bugzilla, etc.
• Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL is a plus
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of Web QA experience or freshers with good testing knowledge can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
