ZapTech Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-certified BPO & KPO service provider delivering high-quality solutions to the U.S. Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry. We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious MBA graduates with strong business acumen to join us as Quality Analysts.

Role Overview

As a Quality Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and interpret data to generate actionable business insights.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure process excellence.
• Support research, reporting, and decision-making initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA (Mandatory) – Specialization in Data Analytics, Marketing, International Business, or Operations.
• Experience: Freshers or up to 12 months in Business Analyst / Research Analyst / Quality Analyst roles.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Work Schedule

• Training Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Post-Training Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Rotational / Flexible)
• Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
